Fitness Experience is next door to R3 and offers many classes to include Zumba, Spin, Body Strength, and FITT Camp HIIT classes, which are all included in your CrossFit membership.
Your CrossFit membership also includes FREE tanning and access to our dry saunas, showers, & supervised daycare. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and the largest variety of weight and cardio equipment around. We also have Power/Olympic lifting platforms and bumper plates so you can train even when a CrossFit class is not always an option, because we know life gets busy.

CrossFit R3 is owned and operated by local Veterans who are also healthcare providers in the community. Our mission is to help our members accomplish their goals in a welcoming, supportive, compassionate, judgement-free environment. As healthcare professionals, we pride ourselves on safety, ensuring new and current members feel supported while learning the core movements of CrossFit. New members will have a dedicated coach for 1 on 1 training and support during class until you are ready to “graduate” and join our amazing members for the WOD. We also offer personal training for any member to help you crush your goals. All of our coaches are focused on ensuring you get a safe, effective workout, no matter your fitness level.

Most of our CrossFitters are hard working moms and dads who want an efficient, effective workout to maximize their free time outside of the gym. Our supportive family environment is what makes CrossFit R3 such a unique place for all ages. CrossFit is for everyone, no matter your experience or fitness level, as each workout can be adjusted to meet your needs. Let us help you reach and exceed your fitness goals.
