05-28 Monday Memorial Day Murph

Today we honor Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th 2005.  This workout was Michael's favorite workout, which he called "Body Armor" (hence the 20 pound vest).  This amazing man gave his courage and ultimate sacrifice for his team and country, so today we pay tribute to him.  

WOD: Murph
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
*with a weight vest

**You must provide your own weight vest for this workout as we only have the coaches vests at the box.  It is not mandatory to wear a vest during the workout**  
There will be  7:15am, 8:30am and 9:15am times.
