With every choice per day, we are either moving to, or away from our goals. Inaction is a form of action, in the simplest of terms. 

Rarely is it that a single decision changes the course of our lives. It is far more often dozens, if not hundreds, of smaller decisions that pave our path. By themselves, they are seemingly the smallest of details. Such as hitting the snooze button for an extra five minutes. But repeated time and time again, these small actions become habits. And habits start to define who we are, trickling into other aspects of our lives.

Take into account that each choice, or lack thereof, pushes us in a very specific direction. There is no standing still.
