*Time Management
12 minute Warm-Up - There is a warm-up written on the board to follow. When the clock is at 12 minutes, the coach will direct you to begin the first lift.

12 minutes at each Lift (You may NOT move on to the next lift until the coach directs the entire class)

1) 1-Rep Max Strict Press

2) 1-Rep Max Back Squat

3) 1-Rep Max Deadlift
